• After you order online, by phone or mail order, your goods are packed into a box at the warehouse, sealed by the cable and delivered to your doorstep

• The box and cable are plugged into your Homeport

• The goods are left unattended but secure

• You return home and unlock the cable/box with your unique chip card

• You unpack the box when it suits you

• Reattach the empty box to the Homeport ready for collection. You can also make immediate returns or have items collected such as laundry, dry cleaning and shoe repairs

• Next day the box is removed by the retailer or delivery company leaving your doorstep empty again
